DC’s Martin Luther King Jr. Day Parade & Peace Walk Details

Tomorrow D.C. will hold the 20th Annual Martin Luther King Jr. Peace Walk and Parade! This year there is a change in location due to restrictions around the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday and the Presidential Inauguration. For 2025, it will take place on Saturday, January 18th at the Entertainment and Sports Arena in Southeast.

With the possibility of inclement weather, this event will be held indoors with the theme of “Commit to the Noble Struggle for Equal Rights.” Former D.C. reporter Sam Ford will emcee, with Denise Barnes and Stuart Anderson co-organizing.
