Nicki Minaj is being sued by a former employee who alleges she hit him backstage after a Detroit concert. Brandon Garrett is suing the star for assault battery and emotional distress. He claims the incident occurred after an April concert on her Pink Friday 2 World Tour.
Patti LaBelle’s team is saying the icon was painted as “a villain” in the CNN doc “Luther: Never Too Much”. Sources say she was heartbroken when seeing the documentary which included footage from a 2017 clip of the singer speaking on rumors about Vandross’s sexuality during an appearance on “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.” Initially, LaBelle invited the documentary producers into her home where they filmed an hour-long interview about their long-lasting friendship, but they did not include the video in the released documentary because she refused to sign release forms when producers would not allow her to see the final cut.
Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez officially reached a divorce settlement. Their divorce will be official on Feb. 20th. They cited “irreconcilable differences” in their divorce filing. Affleck and Lopez eloped in Las Vegas on July 16, 2022. People were surprised to see them rekindle their romance 20 years after calling off their first wedding.
