David Otunga Wins Custody of Son; J-Hud Drops Order of Protection

A temporary custody agreement has been reached by Jennifer Hudson and her former fiancé of 10 years David Otunga for their 8-year-old son David Jr.

David will have primary custody while a formal custody agreement is in the works. With Jennifer’s heavy work schedule, it makes more sense for David to have full custody. She also agreed to drop the order of protection against David.

Jennifer Hudson currently taping both the U.S. version of “The Voice” and “The Voice UK.” It’s also rumored that the singer/actress is currently dating singer Mali Music.
