DC Bars Cash-In on James Comey’s Trump Testimony Today

There are several bars that are looking to draw massive crowds in anticipation of former FBI Director James Comey’s testimony to the Senate Intelligence Committee today.

The testimony is already being likened to Anita Hill’s testimony on Clarence Thomas back in 1991 and if bars have their way, patrons will come out to watch in droves.

There are several DC bars that are scheduled to open as early as 9 a.m. on Thursday with food and drinks. One bar, Union Pub, is even offering free a round of drinks for the house every time Trump Tweets about Comey during his testimony.

The testimony will revolve around Comey’s investigation on Trump regarding Russia’s involvement in the presidential election. Will you be checking out any of the Comey viewing parties?
