Did James Harden Plan Robbery of Moses Malone Jr.?

In an updated lawsuit issued by Moses Malone Jr., Houston Rockets star player James Harden is accused of orchestrating the 2016 robbery of Malone at a Houston strip club. The son of NBA Legend Moses Malone claims over $15K in jewelry was taken during the attack.

Court documents were discovered by a reporter of the Houston Chronicle which stated one of the 4 men accused of the attack told Malone he “disrespected James Harden and that he needs to be punished after that.”

The new lawsuit alleges Harden paid a group of people $20K in cash to attack Malone for comments he made on Facebook regarding the Rockets guard’s decision to charge children $250 for summer basketball camp.

Harden’s lawyer Rusty Hardin said, “Unfortunately, I am afraid this is just another example of people shopping for a deep pocket when they find that the people actually responsible have no money.”
