Ciara Releases Cover Art For “Jackie” Album

Ciara is about to go in.

After a short hiatus and recovery period following a public breakup with her baby’s father Future (the man she was engaged to marry), Ci Ci is back and ready to share her truth on new album “Jackie.”

The “I Bet” singer revealed the cover art for the upcoming release — a tasteful photo of her holding her bare breast in a very Janet Jackson-esque way — on Instagram. The stripped down image was shot by Francesco Carrozzini and styled by Rob Zangardi and Mariel Haenn (who’s also responsible for this fabulous look).

On top of the visuals, Ci Ci announced the “Jackie” tour (Part 1).

Adrienne Bailon Tributes Selena On “The Real”

Adrienne Bailon hasn’t performed in six years, but made her return to the stage, today, to honor her idol Selena Quintanilla-Pérez on the 20th anniversary of the legendary Tejano’s death.

Joined by Selena’s sister Suzette, the cast of “The Real” gathered for a special tribute to Selena, who was killed at age 23, by her “friend” Yolanda Saldívar.

After the emotional performance, Adrienne revealed,

“This means so much to have you [Suzette] here. I haven’t performed in six years. This was important to me because my first songs singing, growing up, were Selena’s. So for me to get back to it, singing a song like this, means so much. Thank you for giving me the honor of doing it. You and your family changed my life, so thank you.”

Janelle Monae’s Sexy New “Yoga” Swag

We’ve gotten used to Janelle Monae’s dapper two-piece tuxedo and tamed pompadour, so when she showed up to the Black Girls Rock red carpet wearing a crop top that exposed her flat stomach, we knew we were in-store for a different side of Jane. Today, the Android released “Yoga,” a sexy club-worthy jam that instructs us to “bend over.”

You read that right. Jane is a “Q.U.E.E.N” but knows how to bend over and “do the yoga.” While it’s a far cry from her previous releases, we’re interested to see where her forthcoming disc “Eephus” takes us.
